For beginners, we start with a simple yukata (a summer cotton kimono). You will need a yukata set for the first lesson. To master wearing a yukata, 1–2 lessons along with home practice are essential. Once you can wear a yukata confidently, you can move on to learning how to dress in a kimono.

If you already have some experience, I can customize the lessons based on your needs and practice goals.

If you don’t have a kimono for the lessons, you can rent one at a special price. The rental fee is $40 per lesson for a yukata and $60 per lesson for a kimono.

Practicing at home is an important part of improving your skills. If you would like to take a rental kimono home for practice, this option is available only if your home is pet-free. A take-home rental fee of $20 will apply, along with a refundable deposit of $50–$100, depending on the type of kimono. The deposit will be fully refunded when the kimono is returned in the same condition.
